The mission of the MCAA is to create a platform that provides awareness to the issues affecting appropriate minority representation for men and women within athletics and athletic administration while also providing essential professional development opportunities for the preparation of advancement within athletics and athletic administration. The MCAA is committed to the enrichment of sports on all levels.
Our Vision
The vision of the MCAA is to develop minorities involved in athletics and athletic administration by building character, leadership qualities, and professionalism for the purpose of aiding in the growth and advancement of minorities within our profession.
